Installation ZYGO - Laser interferometer

We have introduced a large scale laser interferometer manufactured by ZYGO (model: Verifire™) in order to meet the demands for higher precision from our customers.

The optical references has a large diameter of 18 inches, an accuracy of λ/25 PVr (* λ ≒ 633 nm), It incorporates an oblique incidence measurement unit, and is making it possible to measure 450 mm x 1000 mm surface with nm accuracy, which is the largest size in Japan. Hencefoward, we will be able to deliver higher precision products with more stable quality.
